This book illustrates the five types of people found in the world such as The Alimentive Type, The Thoracic Type, The Muscular Type, The Osseous Type and finally The Cerebral Type. All five types are different in there on special way. The authors go into important detail explaining all of them. This book will educate you mentally and socially by giving you what you need to know on how these five types function in their daily lives. For instance, as to how they eat, like to dress, and types of books they read if at all. This great read will give you the tools needed to accomplish personal goals in your daily lives. It can help the socially challenged. It may assist in communication by offering safe topics to address with the person you are talking to. Ultimately this book can help you in many areas of life.
